Financial Support
The MCDM 2015 will financially support the participation of a number of participants. "Financial support" means a free or a greatly reduced registration.Please note: The deadline for applying for this instrument has passed. We are no longer accepting applications.
(PhD-)Students
In order to qualify for financial support on the student level, the following requirements hold:- The candidate qualifies as a student: he/she has not successfully defended his/her PhD by August 2nd, 2015.
- The candidate actively contributes to the conference: he/she is presenter of a submission/gives a talk.
- An application must be sent before the application deadline (i.e. the 27.03.2015).
The application should include details on the candidate (send you CV, if you want), and a support letter by the scientific supervisor/advisor. Please provide us with a document showing that you qualify as a "student". Any other documents of importance can be sent, too.
Applications must be sent, before the application deadline, by email to mcdm2015@hsu-hh.de, subject "MCDM 2015: Student financial support application". - Candidates from HSU Hamburg, i.e. the local hosting institution, cannot apply to this instrument.
"Regular" Participants
Participants who already have successfully completed their PhD can apply for financial support, too.- Applications must be sent, before the application deadline (i.e. the 27.03.2015), by email to mcdm2015@hsu-hh.de, subject "MCDM 2015: financial support application".
- Applications from researchers from developing countries are considered.
- Applications from candidates, who, in the absence of financial support, could not attend the MCDM 2015 will be considered.
- Preference is also given to applicants who play an active role in the MCDM 2015 conference: he/she is presenter of a submission/gives a talk.
- Candidates from HSU Hamburg, i.e. the local hosting institution, cannot apply to this instrument.
